Booked online to replace a tyre due to yet another side bulge on a run flat due to pot hole damage. I found the staff at Merityre Abingdon were courteous and helpful. Special mention for Dan who was very knowledgable and was happy to answer my many queries.

I had front tyres aligned. Great service. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I’m March, we had two new front tyres with all round tracking and alignment. Then got a puncture that couldn’t be repaired, so another new tyre(on the front. No.3). Then had another puncture which we were able to have repaired. Great service and friendly up until now. We then needed two new rear tyres and this was all within 4 months and over £750 spent, so my wife asked if it was possible, having had all round tracking done only a few months early if there was a possibility of it being checked for free or if a discount was possible. She was very bluntly told no and that was it. The gentlemen concerned showed no sympathy, not even a sorry it’s just not possible. Well, with customer service like that, we won’t be going back I’m afraid.

Even though they were short staffed they still fit my car in. They were honest about the wait time so I can't fault that. Staff were super friendly and was a reasonable price too. Have been before and will go back again!

Dan and his team were fantastic. I had destroyed a tyre in an Oxfordshire pothole. Dan ordered a new tyre for me, checked the 50mph spare, organised the boot equipment . The tyre was delivered, fitted quickly and efficiently. I was very grateful as we had had a long motorway drive home. Thank you Dan, Stuart and Tom

Very helpful staff. I had strange noise from under my car. They quickly checked underneath to investigate if it was safe and it was. No hard sell and no charge.

Called in here for 2 x front tyres and tracking to be corrected. Very helpful staff who worked through various complications with my vehicle. There is no on street parking or car park so you have to pull straight into the garage where there are a number of bays. Decent reception area with seating and customer toilets. No coffee machine but Abingdon is only a very short walk where there are numerous coffee shops. Based on the service I received would totally recommend.

I have been a customer for over ten years. Customer service starting with telephone manner is fantastic and makes such a huge difference. Alex has great customer service and all his team are fabulous to talk with when discussing requirements. John dealt initially with my query this time and was keen to ensure I had tyres right for our car rather than just trying to sell me what was available. Any queries post sale they are always happy to assist. No tyre too difficult. They also have fitted my batteries, lambda sensor, brakes and car exhaust. I trust their workmanship. Thank you.
