I have been using the services for close to 2 years. Overall I am pretty happy. There have been only 1-2 instances where we were caught off guard by change in the cleaners but that has not caused issues. So a little heads up is appreciated. Otherwise very professional in services and behaviour. Will continue using the services.

Three times in a month cleaners have not arrived with no notification from head-office. Most unreliable company I've dealt with to date!

Beclean have an unreliable website. It allows you to book in and pay for someone to clean your home. I have done that but then they had no one to deliver the service on that day. Also upon cancellation, my money has still not been refunded. Beclean please can you refund this and also I highly recommend you remove online booking from your website if you cannot deliver the service. Thank you

Good communication with their offices. Cleaners are good but don’t speak English and cannot converse with us very well. However they are always on time, well presented, do a great job in the time given and are keen to please. We get the same staff each clean and they are very friendly and respectful. When I had to change the day due to an emergency it was done without any fuss. Great service. Definitely recommend. We booked this cleaning company while searching for a quote for an available service (which we were struggling to find), for a regular two weekly clean. I was more than a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews. The clean is really excellent, the email communication was good, they arrived exactly on time, worked flat out for the time they were here and left on time. The house looks wonderful, they brought everything with them. We were suprised and very impressed. Now we are just hoping for the same cleaners in two weeks! Update: we have been using the company since end of Feb and the cleaning every two weeks continues to be excellent. I get a text message and email with the date and time they will be here. They are always on time. I have had to change the day last minute on two occasions and they were very accommodating. Excellent deep clean each week, we declutter everything before they arrive so they are just cleaning. Great work! Service: Standard cleaning

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!! Used BeClean for an end of tenancy clean. We paid when booking the service. They did the very bare minimum, not cleaning the floors, sink or hoovering one of the bathrooms! When we called to express our dissatisfaction, we were faced with an unhelpful and rude response accusing us of lying to get money and no solution could be offered. We then went to move out from the property and found that the key we had left on the side had been misplaced or taken. A further call was made and they proceeded to say they did not understand and couldn’t help because it is not their problem. They then hung up on me. They then called me back a bit later explaining the cleaners did not do anything with a key despite them being the only people to enter the property. She then continued being unprofessional and rude offering no solution and ended the call abruptly! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and cannot believe they are managing to running a company like this. No apology and awful service!!! STUDENTS ESPECIALLY DO NOT USE and please pass this bad review onto others!! they will make moving out harder than it’s worth!!!!!!! Service: Moving-related cleaning

I have been using this service for a while. My first set of cleaners were OK, and I was happy to keep using them because I don't like cleaning my house. Over time they moved from being 10 minutes late to an hour late and then one day they just didn't turn up. We called the company and they advised us that the cleaners had been double booked. No communication with us, even though we had them booked in as a regular weekly cleaners. At this point, I thought this was on the cleaners fault. We then asked for new regular cleaners. I am now sitting on my couch, the cleaners are over an hour late, and I have tried calling all numbers to management and they are not answering. I think the problem is with management. I do not recommend. This has been a waste of my time and morning waiting around at home. Service: Standard cleaning
