Had a fantastic haircut from Andrew today. I've been a bit fed up with my hair for a while now and I've been jumping between different salons and today was the first time in ages that once my hair was dry I went, "Wow". Thank you!

Have been a customer for 25 years and more have my hair cut every 3_4weeks ,no need to say anything else.

I went in for a consultation, having explained that I had bleach damage following lockdown and was feeling worried about it. The lady I saw was adamant that my hair was in such a bad-way that I needed to just let it grow out (with black roots showing and no suggestions of improving this) for a significant period of time and that she could just offer a cut. The owner Andrew joined the discussion, and argued with this staff member in front of me, that my hair was indeed treatable and asked this lady to book me in. I then received a text message without any apology whatsoever, stating that the salon had come to a ‘collective decision’ after I’d left that it was too risky to treat my hair. Seems very strange since 2 other salons offered to assist me and my hair is now perfectly fine as per the photo! I even received a flyer from this salon a few days later advertising for new business. Tangerine made me feel degraded and they were pompous and rude in their communication. I’m so glad they were though as I now have an amazing and lovely new hairdresser and my hair is better than ever as per the photo!

Great hairdressers but you do need cash rather than card to pay. Lovely atmosphere.
