Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Barbara in the showroom is very knowledgeable and efficient with communication. The 2 men who installed my fire yesterday did a fantastic job. They were very helpful, tidy and efficient.

It seemed that none of our silly questions were ever too much trouble. Barbara was knowledgeable and efficient in all communication and helped us make decisions. The installers were great - professional, courteous, tidy and informative.

This company is a local gem with a lot of experience. The advice they provided before committing was essential to make the right decision. Unfortunately, these small local businesses are on brink of extinction due the on-line market. The people were very friendly from day one and communication was fab and clear. They exceled in guiding to what actually we needed and at very competitive prices. Abigas installed for us a 5kW wood burner stove and the associated lining/register plate in half a day and supplied a very nice Focus non-combustible mantle beam. I am recommending them to anyone in need for this type of job.

Amazing service. We weren't sure what we wanted from an electric fire, but had an idea. Barbara and Abigas made the idea real. We were taken through the pros and cons of the different options in order to make an informed decision. We love our new fireplace, we've had tradespeople asking where we got it from and it looks great in our new house.

We recently had a gas stove installed by Abigas and have been very pleased by the quality of service received. My customer service experience was very positive although it may have helped that I already had a make and model in mind which Abigas were able to source quickly. The general quote given during the initial phone call was very accurate and the second home visit was very thorough . On the day of installation the fitting team worked quickly and efficiently and recommended some improvements to the existing pipe work which now looks a lot neater. In all, it took them 4 hours to remove an inset stove, cut a 6 inch flue hole and lay a hearth plus fit new stove. Very happy with results and would recommend to others.

I have recently had a wood burner fitted, I came in without a clue where to start. The office staff were fantastic in explaining the pros and cons of all the variables involved. I ended up with a high quality product which myself and the family love, which looks fantastic and warms the house perfectly. The engineers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable - the were good guys and very clean workers. Highly recommend them !!!
