Excellent work completed by Joe Cleary and his team. Reliable, friendly and very tidy. We had specialist flooring for our dental practice and the team delivered on time and within budget. Highly recommend for all flooring requirements.

A great team. Richard was extremely helpful. Most of this floor has been down for nearly 20 years and was originally fitted by Cleary. It needed patching after a recent renovation and the result is a new floor! Great work!

Richard and team did a fantastic job for us and were able to supply and fit carpet, refinish wooding flooring and install kitchen flooring all in a really tight frame which was highly appreciated as we had just bought a new house and the whole property needed doing within a few weeks. They fitted around our tight schedule and were real heroes for us - we had our newborn mid way through the renovation just to add to the chaos! Would highly recommend this company and we will use them again when we do future work.

An amazing job which has transformed our red brick kitchen floor into a light, warm place with oak flooring. The team were above professional, on time, polite, got on the work and explained in advance what they were going to do. They did what it said on the tin and more. No loud music and long tea breaks, cleaned up each day - if Google had 10 stars then I would have given them a 10. Highly recommended.

Richard was very helpful and listened carefully to what we wanted to achieve. And showed us samples that suited our needs and budget. He came out quickly to measure up.

Cleary & Sons Flooring were excellent from start to finish. Richard arranged a visit promptly and provided good advice on the work required. They cleared the asbestos tiles and carpets and laid the new vinyl flooring (hallway, cloakroom and dining room) in three days. The final invoice was exactly as quoted and was good value compared with other quotes I had received. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
