The advisor was rude and uninterested when calling about housing, and the job support attitude was sort it yourself rude and arrogant his name is Brandon
Was told why I couldn't. I work more hours when some of the support was to help with that, and I won't be turning up to the appointment.

Sadly I couldn't go in and talk personally, face to face, because of covid-19 restrictions, but they helped tremendously over the phone

Citizens Advice Abingdon is located with Abbey House, Abingdon town council, less than 5 minutes walk to town center and beside Waitrose Supermarket. It is very nice inside, looks new, and the staffs are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I went there for Pensionwise session and i found most of the things the professional lady talked about, i knew already. But i am sure that is because i was inquisitive before the meeting. The council gives free parking for the first 2 hours and there is plentiful of spaces. Good luck to your guys for your future visits.

The advice is -- we have a delay for more than 3 weeks.
The I show up and we do not have delay. A local solicitor - Slade are supposed t give some free advice. Next day they do not beyond muddling the case and trying to sell themselves at £300 per hour -- so its all unworkable..

Very understanding and patient. Saw me straight away to give some urgent financial advice. I came away feeling prepared and less stressed about my situation. Their staff are lovely and everything is done in complete confidence.

Based in a quiet part of Abingdon in a very nice building the staff are very friendly and willing to help. The waiting times and not very good especially when you need help ASAP and you have a deadline to keep to. They can help you with all sorts of things and are very good at what they do. They are not the best in some Fields but they do understand what you're going through and go out of their way to help you and that's not forget it is a charitable service and they do it for free.
