Awful service and awful people don't care for there products or there staff. Stay well clear

Having previously had A & D Models I needed a new Upper Arm Pressure Monitor, which arrived today. A problem was found so I contacted the Abingdon Office. From first speaking to a very efficient lady on the switchboard I was transferred to the Tecnical Department. I was then taken through a series of tests to ensure the problem still existed. When these were comleted I was assured a replacement would be sent as a replacement, a similar model tested and found to have no problems. I was then told that I would get a call the next day to say it had been despatched and there would be a further call the next day to check it had been delived. All this within an hour of my first contact.. Brilliant
