How could I manage without your wonderful team? The care you give to our mother is respectful, kind, professional and very loving. She feels in safe hands and we know that we can rely on the wonderful team to enable mum to enjoy life still at her great age. You are a team that works with us and mum - we know we can rely on you all when we can't be there for her.

We have worked with BelleVie for a few years now and can not recommend them highly enough. We often ask for them to help us and we trust that they do what they promise every time. Very professional Managers and staff.

Would not recommend this company. Find a company with a decent reputation. Joined the newly started Oxford team. A week of 'training' that consisted of extremely poorly executed zoom calls including first aid, moving and handling etc. Awful level of training then thrown into the deep end of the job with no experience whatsoever with little to no support. No risk assessment done on clients, we went in blind to meet new people, situations sometimes posed dangerous situations for all involved due to lack of training and information provided beforehand due to poor initial meetings. Company advertised as 'creme de la creme' of care companies but is actually so badly thrown together it was embarrassing. Advertised as the carers being experts in dementia/parkinsons/cancer when in fact we received zero training in any of those areas. They also broke contract with me when I quit and even though I was prepared to work my notice they blocked me from all company communications within an hour of my handing my notice in even though I needed them to continue working my notice and refused to pay me my notice period. Distinct 'pyramid scheme' feel to the company. Basically want the team to do everything for them including marketing and outreach (not mentioned in any of the initial meetings or job description), the 'training' provided is laughable and is just to tick boxes with the governing bodies, they charge clients extortionate amounts but do minimal work as it's all passed onto the team to do. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY.
