Colin came out next day after I sent a request. A key had broken in my patio door lock. He was very friendly, worked quickly to resolve the issue and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Clearly in a minority, but arranged an appointment to meet Colin. After waiting 15 minutes I called and Colin said he would be 20 minutes. Waited another 30 + minutes then gave up.

Colin changed front and back door locks and doors for me when I lived in Abingdon. He did such a fantastic job, really professional service and always provides a smile! I have since got him to change a couple of locks on a rental property - nothing is ever too much trouble and he always uses the best quality locks (who knew there were different standards of locks?!) really friendly and professional service, would definitely use again.
