I popped by yesterday to get some timber for a DIY project - my husband was still at work. Timber and DIY are not my areas of expertise. I was offered very friendly advice and bought the timber needed. I was surprised at the price, but not being a regular timber buyer, what did I know? My husband phoned this morning and asked for the price over the phone for what I'd bought - turns out they'd overcharged me by 110%. Somewhat vexing!! On checking at B&Q we would have saved >£10 too. We do our best to support local businesses, but won't bother now. Shame on you Adhectic!

The service received was really friendly and helpful. We were unsure what we needed and the staff took time to help and we never felt rushed. The item was cut to size within 2 minutes and the price represented extremely good value for money.

In their this morning the service was first class They have a great selection of building/timber products at competitive prices I can't recommend them highly enough

They are a dedicated wood yard who will cater for whatever wood moldings you may need and at a reasonable price

you can get all sorts of timber and ll fixings a good place if your want hard wood
