Very unreliable. We had arranged to look round the nursery yesterday but when we rang the doorbell, phoned them and knocked on the door, no one answered. Other people were also waiting, some had been waiting 30 minutes. We left after waiting 10mins. Just shows how unreliable they are if they cannot even show up on their open day!

Does not respond to email. Was trying to sign my son up to join after a visit as we live locally but poor communication skills. If you are full and not taking in children in at the moment just say that.
