Ellie has been styling my hair for a few years now, and she is by far the best hairdresser I've ever been to! Her highlights and cuts are always amazing. We have lovely chats, and I always come out of FM feeling relaxed and 100x more confident than when I go in. All of the girls in there are lovely and always so helpful when it comes to organising appointments, or cutting my fringe whenever I've walked in last minute, always asking if I'd like a magazine or cup of coffee, etc. I've often been sat in the chair and witnessed how nicely the staff treat their clients, from all ages and backgrounds. I would highly recommend and will be sticking with FM hair design for years to come!

Very unprofessional, backing up last minute, without offering any solution!! I work myself in a Beauty industry and have never seen any of my colegues, hair stylist, refusing to solve a problem !! In exact same situation spetialu Fist it took them over 2 weeks to take hair and skin sample! Then last minut canceled and refuse to communicate/help by giving a details on a what product they use. We all know highlight need to be MIN 24h patch test!!! And it takes hours work. Girl has anniversary next day. Fact that I found other hair stylist it's a blist but how can we fix without needed information, only by taking a risk .... unfortunately.... This is such disregards and disrespect to a client. Not even deserve a single start.

My first time and had such a friendly experience with really good customer service. The barbers were very accommodating on short notice and had one of the best haircuts in ages. Will definitely be returning

Absolutely fabulous salon, staff are always friendly, chatty and professional. Been using it for the last 8 years and never had a bad experience. Laura always provides a great service and I am never disappointed with my hair. People are always complimenting me on how lovely my highlights look and asking who I use as a hairdresser. Staff seem well trained and the salon is very clean and modern. Would not hesitate to highly recommend to anyone wanting a great hair experience in a relaxing atmosphere.
