We have recently sold through Simpsons. From the moment I called Simpsons to book a valuation I felt in safe hands. Stewart came round within 2 days at a time to suit us and was extremely prepared with equivalent sold houses details to give us an idea of how the valuation was obtained. During this meeting he explained that they offered an open house option which meant that we could fit this round how we live our lives and didn't have the worry of making sure the house was shipshape at all times. Very hard with 3 young children. This was booked for the following weekend and very quickly we had 7 viewings booked. We were kept appraised of the situation at all points in the transaction. All the guys in the office were extremely helpful and willing to give their time. Matt in particular has been on it after the offer was accepted. Simpsons achieved for us an offer in excess of the asking price withing 2 weeks of the valuation. Extremely impressed with the service and professionalism showed at all times. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy. Will definitely use in the future.
