Very friendly. Super narrow at the start. Seed accordingly as doesn't open out for over 1k

I have come here to run 5 times now. The first time, I was about 5mins late as I struggled to find the location but that was due to personal challenges with finding locations so had nothing to do with the organised run. However, when I started to join the run, there was not a single volunteer at the entrance of the run location nor any sign to mark the starting point. I didn’t see any signage to guide me on the run path nor did I see any volunteer until I hit 2km mark. Fast forward to today, my 5th park run here, and I had a bad nose bleed during my run. I tried to keep going but it got worse as blood was dripping on my top, so I stopped by a volunteer who had a blank look on their face as if to say “what do you want?” I then gestured to my face and said can I get something to help with this? Only then did they get their backpack to get me something. In the end they just gave me water to wash the blood of my face and apologised for not being able to do more and I got sent on my way. I did not get even a tissue paper or cotton ball or something to help stop the bleed. I would have imagined that to be basic first aid skill, which volunteers at a physical exercise event like this should have. Also, people just ran past me, not a single person asked if I was ok. For someone like me who struggles with interacting with people, this justifies the difficulty I sometimes experience with even trying. Humans are just weird. Anyway, I will have to find ways to encourage myself to run on my own. I don’t think parkrun was initiated to make anyone feel this rubbish.

Very popular and successful parkrun. Beautiful location and very flat. Seemed friendly and welcoming. Parking is busy if you need to drive.

Very well organised and run parkrun. Lovely run by the river and in meadows.
