I have tried to make an appointment twice in the last year and a half been told to come in only to go in and they’re not there be very wary

I had a great experience getting my hair done today. The people are very nice and they make you feel at home . I have had a few experiences where the hair did not work out and it felt like they just wanted my money. Prestige is now my place to get me hair braided I have half cornrows and half singles. So happy with the job and I will be back. I recommend thier services.

I actually chanced on her through Map, I initially decided to go to Rachel's to braid my hair but realized it was quite a journey . She's really a nice soul. I even kept contact to date. I'd definitely recommend Prestige if you're around Oxford. ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely awful service, completely ruined my hair leaving bald patches. The manager is a con woman. Agree with an older review saying they only care about taking people's money. Unless you want your hair ruined I'd avoid.

Avoid this salon. All they care about is taking clients money and aren't interested when you experience any problems resulting from the POOR way in which they do your hair. After getting my hair done here I experienced serious scalp soreness and even lost hair due to the inappropriate method which was used to do my fine hair. Even after taking my locs out after only a couple of days my scalp still remained inflamed and sore. I dread to think how much more hair I would of lost and what the condition of my scalp would of been in if I'd kept the hairstyle in for 2 months. Reached out to the salon numerous times in the hope that they may want to be professional about things and try and rectify the situation but got completely ignored. AVOID!! Service: Hairstyling

In the course of getting my hair done I witnessed Barbara process a multitude of questions and requests for services including weave installation, hair cuts, and braids.
