So pleased I have found this jeweller near to where I live. I had two watch batteries replaced today, while I waited. The couple were both friendly and informative and they take their work seriously. I've felt that if I ever have any issue, they would help me.

I first went there looking for something very specific, and when I asked for it T.T. listened attentively and rightaway showed me a perfect piece that fullfilled my every requirement. I was impressed by his expertise. And I felt so comfortable as a costumer that I took the opportunity to ask questions and show him my own rings for testing which he also did on the spot. I then asked about a specific gem and T. T.'s wife Cindy found the perfect pendant for me at a very reasonable price too. Both of them are simply lovely, honest and competent people, and not only that, they are also very personable and warm. It's refreshing! The shop itself is small, but packed with gorgeous everyday pieces of genuine jewellery at reasonable value for money. The space is very tidy and light. It even smells nice! Just all around my favourite Jewellery shop of all time. I highly recommend it to any jewellery lover who appreciates beauty at every level. :D PS: I should also offer a special comment about the exquisite wrapping by Cindy. She even took the time to teach me how to make the satin flowers she makes. There is a lot of love and care in her handling of every detail of the whole process of presenting the pieces. <3

This jeweller's is fantastic and the couple who run it are the most informed and welcoming jewellers we have ever met. We were attending a wedding in Abingdon last week and I discovered both of my watches were broken and sadly they needed to be sent away for repair so I left them at home in Gloucester and went to T T Jewellers in Abingdon to purchase a new one (first visit). They both offered the very best advice and we bought a lovely new watch which we are very happy with. Thank you.

After searching online for a reliable local jewellers I thought TTJ would be a good fit. Unfortunately not. I visited the shop and asked about a ring resizing which I was told would not be possible as the ring should be sent back to the purchasing shop. I accepted this and understood the reason why (my ring is still under warranty). However, I then found myself stood there for a further 10minutes while I was spoken to like a child - repeatedly being told “ you don’t understand” (even though I explained that I did) - “ you’ve only come here for your own convenience” and “ if anything happened to the ring after, you would return to us and complain, making it our problem!”. Even as I was trying to leave the sales assistant continued to speak quite rudely to me saying any other jeweller would be mad to even touch my ring! ( I’d not even mentioned taking it elsewhere). At no point did I question the assistant as to why they couldn’t resize the ring for me but left feeling like I was stupid for even considering this option. At the age of 33 I didn’t really appreciate being told off. A simple “ I’m sorry but we cannot help you today” would have been more appropriate and not made me feel the need to leave this review.

After the diamond on my wife's' engagement ring become loose I took it to TT Jewellers to see if it would be repaired. They charged a very modest price for the repair and estimated 6 weeks to complete the work. After 4 weeks the ring was ready to collect and it was like brand new again. Highly recommended!

Love this jewellery shop, this is the second time I have bought something here. I first bought a necklace as a gift and the lovely lady wrapped it up beautifully with a handmade flower attached to it. Today I went in and bought a necklace foe myself. Great personal service. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic, fast & friendly service! I brought my slightly-too-long gold necklace to see if it could be turned into a necklace + bracelet, and it was done there & then!! They used solid gold clasps and measured the chain to fit perfectly to create two pieces from one. Thank you so much again - I will be back⭐

I took in my late Father's "talking watch" as it needed a new battery. Where other jewellers just said "we have batteries for that", the lovely people at T T Jewellers went out of their way to source a battery and fit it for me. This watch is of particular sentimental value so what they did meant even more. Thank you so much for your friendly and caring service.

Bought some earrings from this shop today, they are beautiful. It is a lovely shop run by a lovely, friendly couple. The earrings were gift wrapped so beautifully I didn't really want to open them! Lovely people, highly recommend.
