I can not thank Paul enough for the work and assistance/advice he has provided where others have not. My father has an Acorn curved stairlift provided and installed by another company. When the time came for a service I was let down time and again by all other local companies due to it “ being an Acorn and curved” Acorn do not provide servicing or parts/assistance to any third parties and wanted to charge a small fortune to provide servicing. At a total loss at what to do I found Taylor-made mobility and from start to finish Paul provided a top notch service. Communication was always replied too promptly and he is a thoroughly decent fellow. Thank you Paul you are a life saver. Thoroughly recommend this company.

So glad we found Paul at Taylor Made. My wife was finding getting in and out of our shower increasingly difficult, but a solution was proving hard to find. With great patience and determination he found one that was not only perfect but looked good as well. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption, which was much appreciated. Can't thank him enough and thoroughly recommend his services.

An excellent service throughout. We needed an existing garage bedroom/en-suite conversion improved and modified for easy disabled access. Paul took time to listen carefully to our requirements before providing a very clearly presented plan. He encouraged us to take our time to consider the proposals with no pressure whatsoever. Paul then managed the project diligently, taking a personal interest throughout and keeping us well informed. The tradespeople were all a pleasure to deal with and the work was completed to a high standard.

Not every plumber would take on a new bathroom at our Lodge (Over 55's - Park Home) but Taylor-Made Mobility have been amazing. My daughter kindly took over the communication and worked closely with Paul due to the unusual nature of the size, specific materials required and not knowing what to expect when the current bathroom was removed, it certainly was a challenge. The amazing amount of choice on the fixture and fittings, along with the samples supplied to ensure everything was to my taste were brilliant, Pauls attention to detail was fantastic. Transformed our very small bathroom into a practical and stylish room. Excellent use of space, especially it was a tricky area to work with. Taylor-Made Mobility were able to fit a bath and standup shower without compromising on space in the room. Great quality finish and excellent design ideas , including all the mod-cons such a hand-held shower to make washing hair in the bath easy and integrated bluetooth speakers in the wall cabinet. To top it off, the customer care and service was of a very high standard. Would highly recommend Taylor-Made Mobility to anyone wishing to transform their bathroom or space.
