What a fantastic company. I had to change travel plans I rang Friday morning. They did my video link covid test withing 10 minutes. We dropped of the test and I had my results by 4pm same day. Lee was fantastic helped us through it all. Would recommend to everyone. They were polite efficient and professional throughout.

Sent off the paternity test was told the results would be with me the next day they sent me an email at 18:12 so 12 minutes past there close time the link on the email is not correct and does not allow me to access it to see my results im not impressed since I was told next day results. Now im having to wait until Monday so 4 days after i sent off the test. Not happy at all tried to call them phone lines were busy and wouldn't answer was waiting nearly half hour. Was told this company is one of the best but now thinking i shouldn't gone elsewhere

Superb professional, efficient and friendly service. The phone line is answered quickly by a real person who gavie me the information I needed. I am flying on Monday, they did the video Covid test on Friday, I took the test sample to them and they emailed the result a few hours later. I thoroughly recomment them

A fraudulent company and very rude staff...I booked for Dna with them. The company cancelled my booking without informing me or any notice and deducted payment from me for the service they never rendered. Please avoid this company. They are bad.

is a fraudulent company I had booked an adn test with them 3 months ago and still No results only excuses. don't make the biggest mistake of contacting this company.if you see the reviews you can understand that the good reviews are fake just stars and explains and the bad reviews are real

Horrible company I have booked a DNA test with them and they mixed up twice beside very irresponsible staff and very rude. The worst company ever I would never suggest this company in my life. It took two month for taking two samples very inefficient staff 🤮🤮🤮

Dreadful - I ordered a test online and had a few questions tried emailing but no response, so I called. The person was rude and talked to me as if I was stupid and I felt that she did not have time to deal with my questions. I will never use these again.

Said 24 hrs been more like 8 days and still counting very bad service
