Great laundry. Does everything - washing ironing and dry cleaning!! Also delivers. Really friendly and excellent service.

What kind of laundry service place doesn't sell dryer sheets??! You're a laundry service! And also what kind of place offers you coffee and doesn't allow you to use the washroom? What is it with England and toilets? You treat it like it's gold and nobody is allowed to use it! Worst place ever! I'm a paying customer, not a homeless person off the street! Customer service is a big 0! I'm so happy to say I'll never go back here.

Very dodgy!!! Bad service is not enough to describe the experience I had there. The dryer keeps eating your coins. At times there is nobody at the reception and also had an altercation with a man in a suit that potentially would be the manager. He came and stoped the machine when were only 15 seconds left with the excuse that it has to be inspected, shouting and causing a scene. It was totally unnecessary and very disrespectful. The girls kept changing very often👀 like it's a cover up for other activities and also the look of them it's nothing you would expect in a laundry. Police was informed. Also not to mention that I asked for the manager's name and they wouldn't give it to me. P.S. the machines are filthy and don't spin properly either so your clothes are soaked when the cycle it's finished

Absolutely brilliant, staff are brilliant, wonderful customer service from the young lady , and was very helpful when asking for coin change for the washing machine and tumble dryers All in all, a very good experience they offer dry cleaning services ironing services, plus many more

They came to our house and collected 3 bag fulls of washing when we had a problem with our washing machine. 2 days later they dropped it off clean, dry and folded. The communication was great throughout. Will be using them again.

Great service! Second time of using them. Needed a king size duvet and a mattress topper washing, all done quickly £34 and can pay cash or card. Lovely knowledgable people. if you have a specific stain eg colour run frrom new bedding they can pre treat :0) Will be back!

I was surprised how clean it is. Also the staff were very friendly. Not many machines but it is a small place. Shame a couple were out of order, I'm sure they will be fixed soon. £6 for a standard wash was fine for me, £9 for a larger one. but £1 for a 10 minute dry I though was a bit pricey. Overall though I recommend this place.

Instructions could be clearer (they focus on what you mustn't do) and everyone who came in while we were there (us included) asked at least one question about the practicalities (how hot is a "hot" wash; how long does 50p last in the drier). Presumably for security reasons, there are no change machines, so come armed with coins (the driers require 50p and fairly gobble them up!) There are two (popular) large capacity machines (£9) and half a dozen smaller (£6). Seating is at a premium and a table would be handy if you have items to fold. But it does the job (we had pillows to launder) - and we'll come again.
