I contacted Eddie on Sunday evening after being alerted by a neigbour that a ridge tile had come off our roof during a recent storm. I wasn't expecting a reply until the next day but Eddie did reply saying he'd be round in the morning. He arrived on time after phoning first, provided a quote and a date a few days later to do the work. Work was completed on the date agreed. All very quick, efficient, professional and friendly. Eddie has done work for me before resolving and issue with birds getting in the loft so I knew I'd get good service. I would definitely recommend Eddie and Everlast Roofing.

I called Eddie as water was coming through the ceiling of the kitchen Extension he investigated the next day and found the felt had not been fitted correctly by the extension builder (before I purchased the property. I decided to have the whole roof replaced. once the scaffolding was up Eddie stripped the roof on Wednesday and put the new roof on the next day Thursday. Excellent job done they started on time and cleaned up after themselves, I would not hesitate to recommend them first class work all done at a fair price

We received a quote from Everlast 6 months in advance but Eddie changed the quote on the day he was starting work, despite the fact that we updated him with images as the project progressed which he chose to quote from. This left us shocked and worried as we were paying for scaffolding and wanted to finish the refurbishment of our house. He kept telling us how busy he was and rushed around the property on arrival. His new quote was overpriced and included the stipulation that if it took more than three days it would be £700 extra per day, plus he demanded cash three times, saying we should help him out as he was helping us out. The guys who worked on the house were very nice but seemed new to a paint brush and didn’t put any sheets down. They splashed paint everywhere, walked it through the house and all over the paving. When we cancelled because of the price change and awful mess Eddie knocked on our door the next day and argued with me and my wife about the cancellation. At no point was he at all apologetic, and didn’t even try to listen to us. When he finally left, he shouted at a neighbour and was cursing loudly on our street. They might be better at roofing, but we found them sloppy, extremely rushed, rude and an awful experience. We ended up paying them £1000 for a days work (£200 for materials which he supplied receipts) and have an awful mess to clean up. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs, changing a quote on the day is unacceptable UPDATE We had all the paint removed that they splashed everywhere, adding to our cost. The paving needs replacing, and at no point have they tried to understand or apologize. Avoid at all costs!
